Nice cozy place, Paul was very nice with prompt service. He said this place has been here for 20 years. I drove 39 miles to check this place out. Worth the drive. I ordered a #16 various cuts of meat. I got it super fresh and hot. As you see in my picture the meat was sticking out of the soup getting cooked as I dumped it back in. The broth was delicious with a thin layer of meat oil that I like because thats where the flavor is. A good amount of meats and noodles served in a big bowl. I usually just put put all the vegetables in and leave the lime out. Try some of the soup with a spoon then put a tiny drop of lime on it and it changes the taste and makes it more savory. If you like that then slowly squeeze a little on your soup and mix it until you achieve your desired taste. You can add more lime if you want but I think half of it is good enough for me. Pho Saigon Garden is such a gem. I’ve never seen any food blogger/ tiktok about it and am really surprised i haven’t because it’s so good! The owner is so sweet and he automatically split our large bowl of pho without even asking if we wanted to when i had mentioned we were going to share. If you like a more medium light body broth that’s well flavored and doesn’t hold back on the fat this place is for you. This might be the best broth we’ve had in a while for a pho spot in washington state (really surprised as a Vietnamese person) It has a very home-y taste to it. The cuts of meat were definitely thicker here which is nice if you like a bite to your meat and it’s still soft. Shrimp spring roll we also go was nice fresh and crunchy. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area!!
Scoped out pho places for a week before coming here, and I'm so glad I did! Saw families and solo diners here. Went with 3 friends, ordered 2 appetizers and 3 large bowls- so good. First sip of the broth was so savory and it kept until the end.i love how tea was a default drink served and I used the cup to drink some broth after will come back whenever I have a craving. pay up front and have your card or cash ready cause he's busy!
When people talk about food that can heal the soul this is what they're talking about. Absolutely fantastic pho. The flavor is so rich, yet refreshing. I honestly could have ordered another because I left my bowl clean! It's not really local to me but I think it's worth the drive. The owner is so friendly and he runs the front by himself so be kind!
Exceptional delicious pho. I live in shoreline and would drive down here for pho. Well balanced and I love the clear soup. Owner is friendly and funny. Satisfied every time here.
Simply put, I have never tasted better pho in all my years of eating Vietnamese food (much of my 78 years of life). The owner/host Paul is adorable. He treats his customers like guests in his home and obviously cares that everyone leaves his place happy and committed to returning soon. What a delightful surprise your place was, Paul! Pho here was one of the best I’ve tried. very authentic and fresh! The limes were freshly cut and very juicy also the veggies were fresh. service was great the guy that was our server was so nice. family had a great time enjoying some delicious pho. we will definitely come back again!
The owner/server was super friendly and this is a really cute small business. Would definitely come back again. Prices were great and the food was delicious. We were super happy with the meal
